Catering in Whitehorse, Yukon. From private dinners to events, we bring the Klonbite experience beyond the food truck.

Run by JinJin Kuo and Chef Guillaume Sitter, Klonbite is a Yukon-based food company rooted in international culinary experience and a deep respect for local ingredients. Together, we bring years of travel across different countries, exploring flavours, techniques, and food cultures, before meeting in Chile in 2017 and eventually settling in the Yukon in 2018.
We believe great food starts with fresh, local ingredients.
Klonbite began in 2022 as a food stand at the Whitehorse Fireweed Market. With no investors or industry connections, we built everything from the ground up—forming direct relationships with local farmers, foragers, fishers, and producers who share our values.
The name says it all. Klonbite is a play on Klondike — the land shaped by the gold rush. For us, the real gold is what grows, swims, and is gathered here. You can taste the place in every bite.
"We wouldn't be where we are today without the locals. Yukon is more than just a place for us now. It's home." — JinJin Kuo, founder
